I am delighted to share that I have joined as the Principal of Shanti Niketan Senior Secondary School, Balotra, and I sincerely seek your support and cooperation as we work together to shape the future of our children.

To introduce myself briefly, I hold double post-graduate degrees in Zoology and Information Technology (Informatics Practices), and bring with me over 25 years of experience in the field of education. I am passionate about fostering a nurturing and forward-thinking environment where every child can thrive.

Each child is like a delicate sapling, and it is our joint responsibility to guide them with care, support, and direction. At Shanti Niketan, we firmly believe that education is not just rote learning and reproducing information in exams—it is a lifelong process of discovery, critical thinking, and personal growth.

Our approach is student-centered, going beyond textbooks and classrooms. Important Information for Parents:

1. Meeting Schedule
To ensure smooth communication without disrupting academics, kindly follow the schedule below for school visits:

• Principal: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM (or by prior appointment)
• Teachers: Only by prior appointment. Since they have teaching responsibilities, they will allocate meeting time based on their availability during free periods.

2. Timely Fee Payment
We are working to streamline various school processes. It has been observed that due to the busy nature of professional life, some parents may occasionally miss fee payment deadlines.
Please understand that timely fee payment is crucial for the smooth functioning of the school, including staff salaries and operational costs. While we are confident that Shanti Niketan parents are responsible and committed, this is a gentle reminder to help set clear and consistent systems.
